Refund & Return Policy

DharmikStone is a brand owned and operated by Jindal Enterprises (Proprietorship). All products are personal-use devotional items that are individually inspected, hand-finished, and packed under hygienic conditions before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Return / No Refund Policy
All products sold by DharmikStone are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Because each item leaves our facility individually inspected and hygienically packed, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been delivered — except in the specific cases listed below.
2. Exception — Damaged or Defective Product
We take full responsibility if a product arrives in a physically damaged or defective condition. In such cases, please follow this process:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Share an unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged product as proof.
Upon verification, we will send a free replacement of the same product.
Cash refunds are not provided — replacement only.
3. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We will replace it with the correct product at our cost.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement only. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
5. Important Notes
No return or refund will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or personal dissatisfaction.
DharmikStone products are spiritual and devotional items rooted in tradition and belief. Individual experiences may vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. They are not medical products or substitutes for professional advice.
Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
