No Return / No Refund Policy

All products sold by Dharmik Stone are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Our products are spiritually energized and individually prepared items — for this reason, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy. Please read the product description carefully before placing your order.

Exception — Damaged or Defective Product

We take full responsibility if a product arrives in a physically damaged or defective condition. In such cases, please follow this process:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

• Share an unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged product as proof

• Upon verification, we will send a free replacement of the same product

• Cash refunds are not provided — replacement only

Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video. We will replace it with the correct product at our cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement only. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
